What services do you offer?
Anything you can think of! It could be buying birthday presents for other kid’s parties, keeping on top of school admin, selling clothes on Vinted, finding a good local handyperson…the list goes on. Basically, if it’s on your life admin list, our Juggler is happy to talk about how they can help. What they can’t do are the jobs of trained professionals: so while they could help find and vet options for childcare, they won’t do it themselves. Similarly, they can’t fix your leaking shower but can help you find - and wait in to oversee - someone that can! Who are the Jugglers?
We only work with Jugglers that we know personally and trust. We know you need to feel comfortable with opening up your life and home, so we’ve handpicked Jugglers who have experience as executive assistants, teachers, nannies and multiple other skillsets. Each has been selected from our network, and we know them personally - we don’t take any unsolicited or automated applications.

How does it work?
Have a think about what you need, look at our packages and get in touch with us using the form below. We’ll respond asap to match you to a Juggler that we think is best able to support you, and arrange an introductory, no obligation call (in person or Zoom). That call is an inital “chemistry” check - we know you have to have a good feeling about people when you’re bringing them into your life - and to discuss the specific requirements you have, and any logistics. When you’re happy, we’ll get moving. The aim is to make it as simple and straightforward for you as possible - we don’t want to add more admin to your plate!

How much does it cost?

Have a look at our packages below. We ask for a small, one-off management fee but everything else goes directly to our hard-working Jugglers.
When we’ve agreed the scope of work with you (eg in person, or virtual) we will set a cap on travel expenses separately. And finally, if you would like the Juggler to pay for things on your behalf (either online or in person) we’ll set up a separate “kitty”, administered by Juggle, for them to access.

Our Packages
Our jugglers will come to your home and manage whatever you need - including overseeing tradespeople, collecting and returning packages or batch cooking.
Our jugglers will support with anything that can be done remotely, including online shopping, organising appointments, holiday research, meal planning - the list goes on.
Our jugglers will join you for a 4hr morning or afternoon session to work through your to-do list!
An introductory joining fee. You pay us once; everything else goes to our hardworking Jugglers.
Choose your membership tier and our jugglers will be on hand for you throughout the month.
